Attorney Ross handled both a civil case and a summary offense case that intertwined in a high stakes situation for me. It was a very complicated traffic case that ultimately worked out so incredibly well. I’ll start off by saying attorney Alan Ross has been representing me for some years now. A couple things I can say about his work ethic is he definitely gets the job done for a reasonable price and offers you a variety of options before agreeing with anything you would regret. During the years of him... being my attorney he has gotten me out all of my legal situations such as charges dropped and small citations. Our son threw a water bottle out of our truck window one night and an off duty officer saw him. He followed our son and got our licence plate number. Two days later two officers came to our house and questioned us about who had our truck that day and we were honest. They said our son would recei...ve a citation in the mail. They told us that our son scattered bags of rubbish out of our truck. When we got a chance to talk to our son he said that it was one water bottle. They also said that they had a witness behind him. We later found out that that witness was his girlfriend driving behind him and they never even talk to her. When my son went to the police station to talk to them they were very rude to our son and said that he said all sorts of things that he never said. 3 days later we received several citations in the mail saying that our son did all sorts of things like driving recklessly following too closely speeding and so on. My son never did any of that and we were sure it was because he went down there to talk to them and they treated him badly because he was a young male. We hired Mr . Ross to defend our son because he was being falsely accused. Mr. Ross worked so hard on our sons case and proved that everything the officers were saying was false. We couldn't of got through any of that without him. He was so kind and down-to-earth and treated us like he knew us his whole life. You won't go wrong in hiring him.
