Patrick F. Lauer Jr.

I was arrested in the end of 2016 for assault that was nonviolent or physical. I have used Patrick Lauer in the past with positive results. I have not used pat in about 7 years. My experience with Patrick was terrible this time. He is definitely not the attorney he used to be. As a license professio...nal in health in PA I would say Patrick has some type of issues in his life he needs to deal with. He is arrogant and rude to the point. He is worthless in court and wants to take the easiest route to get him paid and do the least amount of work he has to do. I talked to a local police officer who advised against Patrick Lauer who stated Pat used to be good, but now just turns the courtroom into a circus. Even the way Patrick dresses now is extremely bizarre and extremely unprofessional. I ended up leaving Pat losing money and getting a better attorney. My new attorney a lot cheaper stayed in touch with the DA and got my charges reduced to summary infractions, which pat said was not possible. I have to say I used to really like Patrick, but at his older age he had become very incompetent and senile. I would never give Patrick even $5 to help me unless to wash my car off. Please don't waste time or money on Pat. He is money hungry and worthless. His secretary is very rude too.

I had a huge legal mess that was dumped on my lap. I'm just a regular blue collar law abiding citizen that got caught up in a contract I didn't understand. The other company was being ruthless and unreasonable. I settled out of court over a civil breach of contract. I also got criminal charges dr...opped from another matter due to Mr. Lauer's efforts. Funny how a lie and lack of evidence can start a snow ball effect to destroy a good man's name and life. I was 100% confused and over whelmed with all the legal jargon and steps that needed to be taken. I even had court dates all mixed up as well. Mr. Lauer took the necessary steps to be patient with me and explain it all in elementary terms. The out come in both matters have been settled so I can go on about my life.

My ex filed for custody. From the first counseling we both were agreed on 50/50 plan. I dropped my child off at his residence on the following day and we got in fight over our child at his residence on the same day. As I was assaulted, I called 911 but things got dramatically changed. I was arrested ...and ended up in jail for aggravated assault for 24 hours. As soon as I was released on bail, I started looking for a criminal attorney. I hired Mr. Lauer. The criminal case was dismissed. The criminal charges were expunged. Mr. Lauer helped me with PFA and I was granted against that “monster”. After that he worked hard to study my custody case. He helped me to understand the most important parts of the custody procedures. Basically, he walked me through. We were at the trial and he did brilliant job. I would highly recommend Mr. Lauer.

My husband and I rescently hired Mr. Lauer to represent our son. I was a complete wreck after my son was arrested, and a girlfriend of mine recommended Mr. Lauer to us and we couldn't be happier with the results. He is very professional, and really knows his stuff. As far as the cost, you get what... you pay for, as with anything in this world. I would never go to anyone else. I highly recommend Mr. Lauer.
