I had a consultation with Pat regarding a police visit to my home. Apparently, my name was indicated in a possible crime. They very meticulously ensured we were ready for the preliminary hearing for a 2nd offense DUI and a strange "Loitering and Prowling at Night Time" misd...emeanor on top of it with intent to get both completely dismissed. Mr. Lauer's words "we are in it to win it" rang true as on my court date, he got both charges dismissed and replaced with summary offenses which means no more misdemeanors, no jail, no obscene fines, and nothing else that comes with a misdemeanor. He was able to do this so rapidly that I believe we had things settled before the hearing was supposed to even begin. Mr. Lauer was courteous, friendly, and spoke with the confidence he deserves with his experience and skill. I could not be happier about hiring this firm. Money very well spent.
