Having gone through multiple, unfortunate legal issues within a 2 month range, the amazing duo of Mr. Lauer and Ms. Orisko were just what I needed. They very meticulously ensured we were ready for the preliminary hearing for a 2nd offense DUI and a strange "Loitering and Prowling at Night Time" misd...emeanor on top of it with intent to get both completely dismissed. Mr. Lauer's words "we are in it to win it" rang true as on my court date, he got both charges dismissed and replaced with summary offenses which means no more misdemeanors, no jail, no obscene fines, and nothing else that comes with a misdemeanor. My ex filed for custody. From the first counseling we both were agreed on 50/50 plan.
