Fair and honest
He’s not the kinda of attorney that will make false promises for you to hire him. He’s very honest and up front. He also focuses on the big picture and how a judge will see things. He’s very knowledgeable on the laws. All around he’s a good attorney. We have kept him on retainer for two years now for child custody purposes and he has yet to let us Down. He also gives sound legal advice and always gets back to us in a timely manner.

Very knowledgeable
Mr. King assisted me with my divorce from start to finish. It was a long process that involved filing, custody, child support, spousal support, selling a home, and dividing the marital estate (almost 3 years from filing to decree in hand). It was costly but without his expertise it could have been worse. He is honest, efficient, experienced, reasonable, and very professional. He doesn't get caught up in any of the drama and does his best to make sure things are done in a timely manner and as quick as possible. He is easy to reach via email or phone. I'm glad to have used his services.

I am currently utilizing John in my divorce procedings in Dauphin county. He is very instrumental in facilitaing a smooth divorce that has the capabilities of being very tedious. In all aspects of the process, I've been continually updated with predictable results. His knowledge of Pa law and statutes have proven to be invaluable. I have no reason to believe that as we enter the finality phase of my divorce every aspect of the anticipated outcome will come to fruition. It is for this reason and the aforementioned that I would highly recommend John King to anyone seeking a divorce in Dauphin county.

John has represented my for approximately six years in my divorce and custody issues. He has always provided me with what I feel is sound legal advice. He approaches each issue logically, and provides insight into various scenarios and outcomes. John has a great deal of experience with the family court system in my county, and can give background into how the court typically views issues with regard to custody. I thoroughly trust John to represent my best interests,and to give me well thought out advice. I would highly recommend him, and have referred several friends to him.

Waste of time and money
This attorney is out of touch and a waste of your time. Hired him for alimony modification and he attended court hearing unprepared and made agreement with judge without my concent. Avoid this Attorney!

I was very sorry to read your review. I have not litigated an alimony modification case since September of 2015, in which case I successfully argued (in the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas) a termination of my client's $1500/month alimony, so I assume the case you are referring to was quite some time ago. My policy is to never enter into an agreement on behalf of my client without having first reviewed it with my client. I would be happy to discuss this further with you, in person and at length, and of course at no expense to you, in order to address all of your concerns.
