This was a difficult time in my life and a big step to take and i wasn’t sure if using this lawyer online would work out. From the very first time I contacted him everything was so thorough. He kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to be able to go thro...ugh such a big step in life and have a lawyer that keeps his word and provides you with comfort by doing his job in great detail. I’m glad i chose him and now that my divorce is final I’m going to definitely recommend to my friends and family if they are ever in need of his services.

Attorney Cairns does what he claims. He will get you a divorce fast. They communicate well and make the process easy and efficient by using self-guided questionnaires that guide you through everything step by step. They also tell you EXACTLY how the process will play out and the timeline involved.... You can trust that. The only thing I would do differently if I was them would be to not recommend the rush option to people who have been separated two years or less for a non-contested divorced. They promise it will be done in 3.5 - 4 months with a rush option. They also say they will send the final divorce paperwork certified and give you the tracking # (if you get the Rush option). The problem is that you have a 91 day waiting period from the day the court files the paperwork until you can proceed. After that, they send your documentation into the court for them to make the final approval. They are at the complete mercy of the court of when that will happen. I believe mine took 12-15 days for them to approve. I paid for the Rush option and it took a little over 4 months to complete. Again, this isn't Attorney Cairns fault. The process itself takes a long time and unless you mail everything the same day it is due that is the only way you will MAYBE get it done in that timeframe. If you have been separated for two years then you don't need to worry about the 91 day period so feel free to use the rush service. Again, this was a great service and was easy and I would recommend it.
