I am very happy with the service I received from James cairns law office. I started my case in mid December 2024 and my divorce was finalized 3/20/2025. The office was very prompt in response to questions I emailed. I do like that they do allow you to make payments on the services he provides.... I would highly recommend this law firm for a simple quick no fault divorce. I'd give them 10 stars if the rating allowed. Thank you. It feels good to have peace

When I started my divorce proceedings, I was referred to Cairns. A friend had used them previously for their own no fault, no fight divorce. They were so quick, simple and honestly CHEAP. All directions were thoroughly written and easily understandable. There were payment options available if nee...ded, as well as many options for time frames and what was needed as far as asset division, name changes, etc. They stayed in contact with me the entire time and I could not be happier with my results!

I’m pasting the review I wrote for Cairns on Google. I was skeptical at first because it sounded way too good to be true, but it turns out they do EXACTLY what they say they’ll do. It took Cairns exactly 21 days to get me divorced!! I started the process with them on 2/6/19 and I got my divorc...e decree on 3/27/19. It would have been faster but my EX took her sweet time in getting the papers signed on her end. I didn’t get her signatures until 3/8/19. So in reality Cairns law firm took less than a month to do their job and most of that was simply waiting for the court to do their thing. I went with the fastest option but I can’t recall exactly what they call that. Expedited maybe? I never had to even talk to them. You are able to speak with them if you want to, but like any other law firm on earth you’ll have to pay them for their time and legal advice but it’s like $25 or something. Once I started the proces with them (I paid all at once but you don’t have to) I immediately got an email that contained attachments with every form I need and very detailed instructions telling me exactly what I needed to, how to do it, when to do it and what to expect at each step. It couldn’t have been made any easier. They tell you which forms to serve to your spouse, the different methods for doing that, which forms only you need to sign, which forms only your spouse needs to sign and which forms you’ll both need to sign. Fun fact, you can just give them to your spouse if you’re able to do that. You don’t HAVE to hire someone to serve them like you see in the movies. I guess most people aren’t civilized with each other enough to do that at that point. Serving is just a verifiable way to be able to get them the paperwork. It’s refreshing to find a business that really does do exactly what they claim. In my case they exceeded their claims. 21 days is all it took and I never even had to speak with them or go to court. I already have recommended them to a friend and two coworkers. Great business and I thank them!
