Biography
Jill Sinatra has over 20 years of experience in several branches of legal practice. A graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law, she began her legal career in the Charleston, West Virginia area. She worked for several years as a prosecuting attorney, successfully prosecuting hundreds of felony cases including crimes of violence (murder, attempted murder, felony assault, etc.), and property crimes (burglary, fraud, and counterfeiting). Attorney Sinatra doubled the prosecutor office's conviction rate for domestic battery and assault offenses. Her experience also includes criminal defense, and the effective use of electronic discovery in lawsuits involving large numbers of documents. Today she focuses on criminal defense and Family Law.
