About Erick
Biography
Erick has worked on cases ranging from minor offense to high profile white collar criminal defense. Prior to entering private practice in 2012, Erick was a law clerk in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County, Pennsylvania. He also worked for prominent Pittsburgh criminal defense attorneys assisting in a variety of criminal cases in state and federal court. This included work on several high profile cases.
While in law school Erick was an extern at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He also worked as an intern at the Clinton County District Attorney’s Office in New York. Erick worked for the University of Akron as a teaching assistant in the law school’s legal drafting program and as a research assistant. He served as an Assistant Editor and later the Articles Editor on the Akron Law Review.
Before his legal career Erick was an associate at a Washington, D.C. political consulting firm and worked as an intern in the United States Senate.
