Great Lawyer

I am so happy with my settlement that Tom and Hal got for me. After our accident, I had no idea where to go for help. I had never been in an accident before and had only dealt with an insurance company to buy insurance. I felt like dealing with the medical bills and paperwork was a full time job. Hal Waldman received his Jurist Doctorate Degree from Georgetown University in 1977. At Georgetown, Mr. Waldman was Editor of the Journal of International Relations. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum, Lawdragon. He was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Ohio as well as the District Court of Western Pennsylvania and United States Supreme Court. Mr. Waldman is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and American Bar Association. His practice is focused in a number of areas including plaintiff's representation with respect to personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice. Mr. Waldman has owned numerous nursing homes and assisted living centers and is a recognized expert in the area of nursing home law. Mr. Waldman also serves clients in the area of business and construction law.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Waldman attended Oberlin College where he graduated in 1974 with Highest Honors in history.

Mr. Waldman is actively involved in the community. He is Chairman of the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre and is involved in numerous non-profit charities and social service organization in the area.

Very satisfied with our results

We are very satisfied with the job Hal did with our medical malpractice case. He is very kind and we never felt like he was talking down to us. He and Tom kept us informed about our case every step of the way. We highly recommend his work.

Kind and caring

When my wife and I were in an accident with a semi truck, we were both seriously injured. Thank goodness for attorney Hal Waldman. He helped us recover for our medical bills and pain and suffering. We are still recovering but the kindness and effectiveness of Hal Waldman has made it much easier.
