Far Better Outcome Than Expected!

Our family's life was turned upside down 10 months ago when my 18 year old son was charged with 3 marijuana felonies and extensive evidence against him. Never having had to deal with anything like this before, panic ensued and we didn't know where to turn, we don't have a "friend in the law business...". After an internet search, I found Worgul Law Firm so I made a phone call and a calming voice answered, it was Samir Sarna. He immediately made me feel at ease, so I scheduled a consultation. After meeting with Samir, my family was confident that he was not a "smoke-blower", but a down-to-earth, real guy who had much experience with this type of case. Samir was very upfront with us about the worst and best case scenarios. Worst case, jail time and a felony conviction for my son, or best case, all charges dismissed (which would have required a miracle). He assured us that jail time was extremely unlikely and that he would do everything he could to arrive at a favorable outcome. Also, he was very reasonable with his fees and payment schedule. Months went by because of continuances and the general lag of the court system, but Samir was just a text away. He answered day or night or just when my son needed an ear. Finally we were in front of the judge. Samir knows the County Court System very well and was able to negotiate so that my son had very minimal consequences. He negotiated to have the 3 felony charges dismissed and reduced to only 2 misdemeanors with a one year probation sentence, not the 4 years we expected and no jail time. Moreover and totally unexpected, Samir saw to it that my son would receive back thousands of dollars that were ceased by the police as evidence in the case. Much of this money was his life savings, not illegal money. Although I wanted there to be consequences for my son's wrong doing, being a felon would scar him for life! Eventually Samir will have the misdemeanors expunged. Because of Samir Sarna my son can confidently move on with his life, education and career. We are so very grateful for his legal expertise and the sound advice he gave to my young son.

Very satisfied with Samir's representation

Samir represented me during a malicious accusation of summary harassment that could have gone badly, with serious consequences. He was sympathetic and encouraging at all times, his fees were reasonable, and his judgment, experience and earnest dedication to excellent legal representation truly made t...he difference in winning my defense. In nine years of practicing law I have seen plenty of lawyers who weren't up to the job, and I do not hesitate to give Samir my unreserved thanks and professional recommendation.

Highly recommend !!

If you want a lawyer who really cares, knows the law, is very professional and treats your case like it was the most important case ever... then I highly recommend Atty. Samir Sarna. I truly admire Samir for paying such great attention to all the details involving our case, his superb knowledge of... the law, and his genuine concern and utmost regard for my son's case. He handled everything in such a professional manner, yet was easy to talk with and kept me very informed every step of the way. Its also very apparent to me that he has a really wonderful rapport with others who work alongside him in the legal system. I could tell that the others have a high regard and respect for Samir, including the judge who heard our case. Ive had other attorneys in the past, but none as truly wonderful and good as Samir Sarna. This man genuinely cares!! He won our case, and we got everything we asked for. I cant thank him enough, and I will never go to another attorney again for anything now that Ive met Samir Sarna. Thank you Samir!!

Samir is one of the most knowledgeable attorneys in Pittsburgh.
