Please Read! Attorney Samir Sarna represented me in Small Possession of Marijuana charge and Drug Paraphernalia charge. The charges were entirely withdrawn! Our family's life was turned upside down 10 months ago when my 18 year old son was charged with 3 marijuana felonies and extensive evidence against him. He negotiated to have the 3 felony charges dismissed and reduced to only 2 misdemeanors with a one year probation sentence, not the 4 years we expected and no jail time. Moreover and totally unexpected, Samir saw to it that my son would receive back thousands of dollars that were ceased by the police as evidence in the case. Much of this money was his life savings, not illegal money. Although I wanted there to be consequences for my son's wrong doing, being a felon would scar him for life! Eventually Samir will have the misdemeanors expunged. Because of Samir Sarna my son can confidently move on with his life, education and career. We are so very grateful for his legal expertise and the sound advice he gave to my young son.
