Are you an attorney? Endorse this lawyer
I have been a practicing trial attorney for over 20 years. What I have found in my 20 plus years of litigation experience is that attorneys rarely fail because of a lack of intelligence. When they fail, it is usually because of a lack of will, work ethic and competitive spirit. They don't teach those things in law school. You either have them or you don't. John Rooney has them and that is why I am endorsing him. John is a smart, fiercely competitive attorney whose primary focus is on winning and not on making money. Too many lawyers have a primary focus on making money, failing to understand that money will take care of itself if you put your heart and your soul into your work. I know there are a lot of self-promoters out there in the legal community and it is difficult for the public to sort through what is real and what is not real. If you meet John Rooney, you will see that what I have said about him is real.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
20% of a trial lawyer's work on a case produces 80% of the results. The trick for a lawyer is knowing which issues to focus on, and John instinctively knows how to cut to the chase, focusing on the real issues in the case and the most persuasive way to present them. I've referred multiple clients to John (both people charged with crimes and people in civil litigation) and have heard nothing but praise. I've told people to hire him over whole teams of lawyers at big, prominent firms — because he will produce the same or better results at a far more reasonable price.
