Mark E. Milsop is a 1989 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where he earned a B.A. degree in economics with a minor in speech communication. He obtained a J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1992 with honors. He is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Milsop has over twenty five years of experience representing injury victims. During law school, he served an internship with the Honorable Ralph J. Cappy of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court; and was a member of the Law Review and Appellate Moot Court society.
Attorney Milsop has been named as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for the past 11 years (2011-2021). Super Lawyers represent the top five percent of all lawyers in Pennsylvania in peer recognition and professional achievement. Attorney Milsop was honored by the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and his peers with the 2018 George F. Douglas Amicus Curiae Award. Attorney Milsop in a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Milsop has served and serves in a number of professional organizations including the Boards of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (President Elect). He also serves on the Local Rules Committee of the Allegheny County Bar Association; and is an elected member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. He is a former President of the St. Thomas More Society (Catholic Lawyers), and remains a board member. He has also written on the law, having served as a co-author of Pennsylvania Automobile Litigation: Guidelines and Forms for the Trial Lawyer , 3rd Edition .
