Effective Representation

We are so pleased with the care in which Craig Coleman handled my father-in-law's case. He was very kind and helped answer many questions through the litigation process. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was never too busy to get on the phone and answer any of our questions. My father i...n law is gone, but he died knowing that his family was taken care of because of Craig Coleman.

Very unprofessional

I had contacted Mr. Coleman about a possible case, I filled out all the required medical information needed and was told by him I would receive a phone call back within a couple weeks. After a month, I called him back to check on the status of my case, he had said his nurse was working on it and wo...uld call me in a week. Once again I received no call back. After 3 weeks I called back again. This time he had said he was looking into everything and I would hear from him in two weeks once again. A month went by still no word. I got so annoyed, I went down to his office to see him face to face, when I did, he had told me a completely different story as he did on the phone. This time he had told me he never looked into anything so we sat and went over all of my information all over again. This time I watched him take notes. Not once did he ever apologize for never getting back. I was told after our appointment that he would call me within two weeks for sure, no questions asked. It has now been over a month. I have literally wasted 6 months of precious time with him doing nothing. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

Frustrating to work with

My father passed away from mesothelioma three years ago. Craig Coleman was recommended by a friend. After all of this time, my father's case is still in the discovery phase. He has not kept the family informed about the developments of the case. Probably because there have been none. When I called to... ask what action had been taken, he became defensive with me and told me to go find another attorney. Witnesses critical to supporting my father's claim have not been deposed after THREE YEARS! I work in a law firm and am aware of the pace at which things need to happen. He is unprofessional in all areas of practicing law in that he is rude with clients and does not follow-up in answering emails, calls or correspondence from referring attorneys.
