I have been practing criminal law for 25 years and personal injury for over 20 years. I have represented clients charged with homicide, sexual assault, firearms violations, felony drug offenses and, of course, DUI. I have instucted other lawyers on "DUI Strategies". I have handled criminal cases in at least 20 counties. I am licensed before the United States Supreme Court.
I have handled personal injury cases from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia and I have obtained over $6 million for my clients.

Dui suspension

Incredible
Mr. Mielnicki recently defended me on my DUI case. He not only got my license suspension wiped away, but he got my DUI charge knocked down to a General Impairment.
