I hired J Murphy Firm to defend against credit card suit. Wow, are they on point! They got the ball moving as soon as retained and filed answers and notice of entry before I realized what was going on! Also, the staff is knowledgeable and gives you answers, not just the regular "attorney will call yo...u back". I will leave another review once the case has been heard, but from Amanda and the staff, straight through...100% professional and courtesy.

Attorney Joseph Murphy clearly detailed his procedure in representing my wife in a civil court dispute over a credit card account that was being represented by a collection agencies lawyer. After a detailed response to the collection agencies lawyer's attempt to hold my wife accountable for the amoun...t charged on the said account, the collection agency lawyer withdrew the complaint. Attorney Murphy provided us with the complete rebuttal to the said complaint. We are very satisfied with this unfortunate experience and would definitely call on Attorney Murphy again, if faced with this dilemma again.

I was a little skeptical at first when I received a letter in the mail from the J Murphy Law Firm stating that they can provide relief from creditors. It was then I read the reviews ( nothing but good) and decided to call and speak to him directly. At the time, I was being harassed by a lender ...who was, if you wan to call it ," financially raping me" . Mr Murphy and his team came through for me.. I am now able to sleep at night. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and i would without a doubt use them again if neede !!
