Attorney Joseph Murphy clearly detailed his procedure in representing my wife in a civil court dispute over a credit card account that was being represented by a collection agencies lawyer. After a detailed response to the collection agencies lawyer's attempt to hold my wife accountable for the amoun...t charged on the said account, the collection agency lawyer withdrew the complaint.
