I had an outstanding debt after a divorce. Legally, this collection firm didn't have the proof that they owned the debt and I knew they couldn't collect. They decided to take me to court. I received a letter from Joseph Murphy, Esq. soliciting his services for a reasonable fee. After reading all the ...reviews online I called. I was kept informed via mail with copies of the court documents and the firm entering an appearance. The day after the hearing I called to find out what the outcome was. The Judge ruled in my favor. I checked the online Court docket and yes, I had won my case. I knew my rights and had all the paperwork to prove my case but I don't think I could have gone into a courtroom and presented it properly. I would recommend The J. Murphy Firm.
