He has very poor communication skills. Not only will Matt not return your phone calls or emails but he will not even respond to the other parties attorney. Talk about unprofessional! During the consultation he seems like he will get things done for you, but the second he gets his retainer money from ...you he stops caring about you. He gets his payday all up front so there is no way to hold him accountable. Something else that is just not right is that when we talk about the details of my divorce offer he just emails it to the other lawyer without giving me a chance to look it over first. The other party is always given a copy of everything their lawyer does for them and even has to send it to me so that I can see it!! Divorce is not an easy thing to go through and choosing him was a HUGE MISTAKE. I wanted someone to help me navigate my way through the divorce process and tell me what has to be done but instead I feel like I am blindly stumbling through the process alone while the other party has someone actually fighting for them.

Matt and his staff are honest and very polite! He goes above and beyond to handle your case! Even though I didn't obtain adoption, there are some things that you cannot control. You have to be patient when waiting for someone to contact you back because they get overwhelmed. I still have full physica...l and legal custody both my grandsons. My husband and I hired Matthew Buzzetti to represent us during a custody battle for our daughter back in 2020. Our situation was extremely difficult due to covid which delayed the process. Matthew was extremely patient and reliable. During the 2 year court battle we also had some pretty intense situa...tions take place other than just covid and had I been Matthew I would have walked away due to the amount of unnecessary and crazy situations caused by my daughter's father but Matt continued to stick through it while helping me remain calm. As you can imagine for a 2 year long court proceeding the financial aspect would also continue on however Matt was extremely understanding, patient and overall only concerned on what we could pay on when we could. He truly is all about helping out his clients and not about just getting paid. April of 2022 we had our final court appearance and we won what we were asking for and even more. To add on top of that we recently received a letter from Matt letting us know our case has been closed, thanking us for trusting in his office and to inform us that he also waived the remainder of our bill. My family and I are forever grateful and thankful for everything Matt has done for us and we will always recommend him to others and shall we ever need any other services we most definitely will go through Matthew Buzzetti again.
