A Pleasure to Work With

My wife and I contacted Roman to work our family court matter. He handled everything for us - working with Monroe County to make sure that all the paperwork was filled out quickly and correctly. He was prompt in letting us know when we needed to fill out something or when he heard back from the... county regarding any delays. He did a great job and was well respected by everyone that he needed to work with. The judge was really impressed with him (which can go a long way when dealing in family court). He was very knowledgeable regarding the process and knew where to find answers for the tough weird questions that arise during the process. I strongly recommend Roman for anything you might need an attorney for, but especially for family court or legal advice for family court matters.

Respectable... intelligent... genuine...

Roman was there night and day when needed. Not just professionally, but listened and tried to gather all information on my case in order to do the best job possible. He is intelligent, professional, genuine and just someone you by your side.

Incredible

Mr. Misula got in touch with me the day I requested him and even cam in to the office to meet with me on that day, which happened to be a Saturday. After the free consultation I hired him immediately. What could have been a horribly costly mark on my record, he managed to get completely dismissed!!

I met Roman in January 2019 and he is a wonderful and efficient lawyer. He was in contact with me through phone calls and text messaging constantly. Roman is very intelligent and has integrity. I would highly recommend Roman in any situation that you may have.

Defense for Probation Violation

Roman did an excellent job defending my son. I feel he did everything he could to get the best deal for my son. He was able to keep my son from going to prison which is what his probation officer wanted. Roman was very responsive to all my questions and kept me well informed and met with my son the s...ame day I contacted him to defend my son. I would definitely recommend him.
