Biography
Mr. Egan has over 12 years of experience as an attorney. He is a former prosecutor for the Monroe County District Attorney's Office where he handled a wide range of cases from simple traffic infractions all the way up to murder cases. He has worked on some of the most high profile cases in the Rochester area and has received local and national media coverage. In his later years with the office, he specialized in white collar crime where he prosecuted some of the most complex cases in the area.
He left the office to pursue his goal of having his own firm dedicated to helping others. He specializes in criminal defense, small business law, and elder law including trust and estate planning.
Mr. Egan has given lectures to members of law enforcement and other attorneys in various areas of the law. He is a professor at SUNY Brockport where he teaches Forensic Law and Criminal Procedure.
