She was the attorney for my child recently. She spent a total of 40 minutes with my child on two separate occasions over the course of 10 months. And yet somehow in the 40 minutes she spent with my child she thinks she knows what my child’s best interest is. My child is still stuck in a toxic environ...ment because this attorney thinks she knows more about my child’s best interest in 40 minutes than I as a parent do over the course of thousands of hours spent with my own child.

It's really hard to put into words just how poor a job one person can do when someone is looking up to someone in their hour of need. This happened around ten years ago when my wife's ex drafted the most appalling Separation agreement. To sum it up, he was the money maker she was the stay at home mo...m to their 3 kids. He tied everything to marital debt and made her accept responsibility for paying it all off in the end. Of course he is going to try his luck and get whatever deal out of it he can but when you have Kristine in your corner, what did she do? "It's looks fine." Which in other words meant I don't want to do any work to help you. She knew my wife had no money to speak of. Towards the end he gave her $50.00, per week to feed herself and his 3 children. Oh, it gets better. She was also taking care of his sisters children, free of charge of course! She turned to you for help and you did absolutely nothing other than get her to sign her name to whatever paperwork he and his attorney put in front of her. It remains perhaps the worst separation agreement, not just in NY state. I'd wager the whole country.

Kristine was a pleasure to work with from the start, she listened intently and allowed me to explain without cutting me off and I appreciated that. During the process, I would contact her with changes that needed to be done and I had a draft to review within the week, she seemed to work tirelessly. ... She was supportive but also advised me when I was not making decisions in my best interest. She also was affordable, honest, and never took advantage of my time or situation to run up the billing hours.
