Today was a gas. It was my first day in court with Mr. Fiandach and the judge asked him for advice on the law on someone elses' case. Yes, another case with a person who had another lawyer. The Judge looked to Mr. Fiandach, mentioned his book, asked where the answer could be found and then, becaus...e he did not have the book with him asked what the answer was. Yup, I made the right choice!

I couldn't believe it. Today was my first appearance in court and the Judge asked Mr. Fiandach for advice on someone elses' case. Yes advice on another person's case. The other man was represented by another lawyer and there was a question about the law. The Judge commented about not having Mr. ...Fiandach's book with him then asked Mr. Fiandach where the answer would be found. When he told him, the Judge asked him what the answer was and Mr. Fiandach told the court what the law was! Yup, I made the right choice.

Immediately after being charged with my DWI, I called a number I'd heard on the radio. I met with the lawyer, but just wasn't feeling it. When I got my DWI charge about 8 months ago, I was beside myself. I heard tons of commercials on the radio about different DWI attorneys and really didn’t know who was the real deal and who wasn’t. I had never been in trouble with the law and am not familiar with the legal system, but I found I just needed to trust Fiandach & Fiandach and let them do what they do best, defend me against a DWI charge! Awesome! I can’t tell you how happy I am!

Ed Fiandach recently represented me in my first (and only) DWI case. I blew a 0.15 and thought for sure there was no way out of this.
