In December I was charged with DWI and Refusal after I skidded on ice and ended in a ditch. A few days after the incident, I contacted a number of attorneys and met with 2. Result was that ALL Charges were dropped. Additionally, Ed and his team were able to get the DMV hearing for my refusal to breathalyzer test dropped as well. No charges on license, no suspension, could not be a better outcome for me. I have to say that Ed and his team are true professionals. When I had meetings Ed spent time with me and as needed his other lawyers on his team would attend as well. When I needed to talk to Ed, I was able to call and leave message and always got a timely response. I could not be happier with the decision to hire Ed and his team. I hired Ed Fiandach after being pulled over for no cause after a big Syracuse game (I have Syracuse plates on my car). The officer asked me if I had been drinking and asked me to step out of the car. I had a couple of drinks with my father along with dinner before the game but stopped drinking severa...l hours prior to driving my father back home.
