Kristine was our lawyer for a couple years. She started out great, answering all of our questions, returning calls and emails. Then it went downhill once we started going to court, we got a horrible custody deal. She did not explain the order well enough to us, she never answers emails and only retur...n calls when shes driving home from work and doesn't have our file in front of her to answer any questions yet still charged the same as if we were in her office for an appointment. A custody order is not something that can be taken lightly and has to be followed. When i email my lawyer with a concern or question regarding my order I expect my lawyer to respond within a day, not weeks. Nice lady, but always seems to busy to do her job. A perfect example is I emailed her 2/20/2020, and 2 times in March, I am still waiting for a response.

Mrs. Vasquez's professionalism and attention to detail is above reproach. I'm a military veteran with PTSD and this process was extremely stressful due to my combat injuries and vindictive other parties. After explaining this to mrs.
