It's really hard to put into words just how poor a job one person can do when someone is looking up to someone in their hour of need. This happened around ten years ago when my wife's ex drafted the most appalling Separation agreement. To sum it up, he was the money maker she was the stay at home mo...m to their 3 kids. She turned to you for help and you did absolutely nothing other than get her to sign her name to whatever paperwork he and his attorney put in front of her. It remains perhaps the worst separation agreement, not just in NY state. I'd wager the whole country.
