She was the attorney for my child recently. She spent a total of 40 minutes with my child on two separate occasions over the course of 10 months. And yet somehow in the 40 minutes she spent with my child she thinks she knows what my child’s best interest is. My child is still stuck in a toxic environ...ment because this attorney thinks she knows more about my child’s best interest in 40 minutes than I as a parent do over the course of thousands of hours spent with my own child.

It's really hard to put into words just how poor a job one person can do when someone is looking up to someone in their hour of need. This happened around ten years ago when my wife's ex drafted the most appalling Separation agreement. To sum it up, he was the money maker she was the stay at home mo...m to their 3 kids. He tied everything to marital debt and made her accept responsibility for paying it all off in the end. Of course he is going to try his luck and get whatever deal out of it he can but when you have Kristine in your corner, what did she do? "It's looks fine." Which in other words meant I don't want to do any work to help you. She knew my wife had no money to speak of. Towards the end he gave her $50.00, per week to feed herself and his 3 children. Oh, it gets better. She was also taking care of his sisters children, free of charge of course! She turned to you for help and you did absolutely nothing other than get her to sign her name to whatever paperwork he and his attorney put in front of her. It remains perhaps the worst separation agreement, not just in NY state. I'd wager the whole country.

Kristine has been our attorney for a couple of years now and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better!! Kristine was our lawyer for a couple years. She started out great, answering all of our questions, returning calls and emails. Then it went downhill once we started going to court, we got a horrible custody deal. She did not explain the order well enough to us, she never answers emails and only retur...n calls when shes driving home from work and doesn't have our file in front of her to answer any questions yet still charged the same as if we were in her office for an appointment. A custody order is not something that can be taken lightly and has to be followed. When i email my lawyer with a concern or question regarding my order I expect my lawyer to respond within a day, not weeks. Nice lady, but always seems to busy to do her job. A perfect example is I emailed her 2/20/2020, and 2 times in March, I am still waiting for a response.

Mrs. Vasquez's professionalism and attention to detail is above reproach.
