Biography
Berzer & Wolf is a full service law firm located in Williamsville, New York.
While I practice exclusively in the field of Matrimonial/Family Law, my partner, Paul Wolf, Esq., handles criminal matters, estates, wills, real estate and the preparation of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, which are required to divide retirement benefits after a divorce.
We are also partners at home, and have three children. Two of those children have graduated from high school and are currently in college. The third is in elementary school!
What is most important to us is that every client, and potential client, feels informed and leaves our office with no unanswered questions. We are both easily accessible as well-I have been know to return client calls and emails at all hours-whatever works best for the client. I work very hard on each and every file.
The reason we do not charge for a consult is that we do not feel you should have to pay us to decide if you feel comfortable with us. In Matrimonial and Family Court matters, your entire future could depend on the outcome of your case; you need to have an attorney you can trust and have confidence in.
