Biography
Geffrey Gismondi is a trial lawyer and commercial litigation attorney who represents businesses and individuals involved in legal disputes that require formal court action, mediation, or arbitration. Geffrey received a B.A. in political science from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and a Juris Doctor,cum laude, from Western Michigan University in Lansing, Michigan. He served as Articles Editor on the Board of Editors of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review and received the Dawn C. Beachnau Law Review Award in recognition for his service as Articles Director. He held an externship position with Judge Richard F. Suhrheinrich in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Geffrey co-authored a law review article in the area of constitutional law with Professors William Wagner and John S. Kane, entitledPhysician-Assisted Killing Laws, Constitutional Authority, and the Conscience of a Nation: Two Worldviews, which is published at 24 T.M. COOLEY L. REV. 123 (2007).
Geffrey is a former singer and bassist with Buffalo Music Hall of Fame inducteeThe Boys of Summer Band. He was honored as the top pop/rock bassist at the 2009 Buffalo Music Awards, and was awarded top pop/rock bassist at the 2010, 2013, and 2014 Buffalo NightLife Music Awards.
