Biography
Amanda Wyzykiewicz currently focuses her practice in our firm’s Corporate & Business Law department. As an associate, she frequently assists with complicated financial and tax matters in many different departments, including: our marital group,concentrating on the valuation of business entities; the estate and estate planning group, in which she analyzes the tax implications of high-wealth individuals’ estate plans; and, finally, in various business litigation matters. Amanda's financial and corporate expertise is also utilized extensively by the white collar crimes unit within HoganWillig’s criminal department.
Ms. Wyzykiewicz obtained a B.S. from University at Buffalo’s Business Administration Registered Accounting Program in 2002. While in law school at University at Buffalo, she interned at the Buffalo office of the IRS. After graduating with her J.D. in 2005, and prior to joining HoganWillig, Ms. Wyzykiewicz worked as a staff attorney at a large multinational firm in Washington D.C. where her practice focused on electronic discovery.
