After a Christmas 2013 accident with a DWI driver, I visited Mr. Gottlieb's law office and told them how I had been strapped in my seat for 2 hours with car hanging over bank and this worsened my already existing back problems. They went to work for me and got the other insurance company to pay all ...no-fault assistance I was entitled to such as household help for 3 hrs. a week. Although it took almost 2 years the other company offered to settle for a certain amount, but after Mr. Gottlieb heard the expenses I had incurred since the no-fault stopped, he was not happy with the offer the other company made and asked for considerably more. The other company did increase the settlement amount and I was happily surprised by the amount I was awarded that would allow me and my husband to enjoy a few more luxuries we wouldn't have thought of in our twilight years.

Made a Painful Process Very Easy

Nobody ever wants to have to deal with an injury, especially when someone else is at fault. The team at Scott Gottlieb's office was very easy to work with and made the process painless (unlike my injury). I am very grateful to them for all their help.

A review of mr Gottlieb

Got initial call back from intake worker, she took basics of case told me Mr Gottlief would call me the next day that was 2 weeks ago I have called back several times and left messages and he has still not had the decency to return my calls. I assume he does not want to take my case but he should has... the decency to tell me that not just ignore me. i could assume a lot of reasons why he won't call me back, must be some reason he won't call me back n won't take my case or maybe he's afraid of this company why would a lawyer not call a potential client back about a solid lawsuit against a big company??? There's some reason he won't call me back or he's just not a decent person you don't just ignore people when your suppose to be a professional I would not hire him

We recently noted a negative review on our Avvo page. The comments made by this person who is not a client of ours, are completely inaccurate. It has always been our office policy for the past 35 years to return every phone call by the end of the day, including weekends. This particular caller left what turned out to be two non-working phone numbers, so we were unable to reach her by phone. We also emailed the caller and received no response. Since we have learned of the callers dissatisfaction on our Avvo page we have sent no less than five emails to her and called her on at least five different occasions. Once again the number was not working. The second number that she left was that of a fax machine. Finally, after multiple attempts I reached this individual and explained to her that we would not be interested in pursuing her type of case. Due to confidentiality, I'm not permitted to discuss the details of her claim, other than to say it's not a case that would be feasible to pursue. We advised her of the Statute of Limitations within which to bring a case, and to seek a second or even third legal opinion. I wish to assure our existing clients as well as prospective clients that any inquires to my office will be promptly responded to. We do not pursue every case that is brought to us but we will take the time to explain to you the reasons behind our decision and why your inquiry is worth pursuing or not pursuing. Thank you to all who have taken the time to read our explanation. In the history of our firm we have never once been given a negative review, and we felt it was important to explain our position on this matter.
