Sometimes things happen in life and you need immediate help and guidance. Sometimes this need occurs at 4:00am in the early morning. I Was charged with dui 6/13/2020 my case was wrapped up with a dwai 3/25/2022 however, beyond the lower charge. I found Tom and his team to be friendly enough people, but, not versed in the ins and outs, or tenacious enough. The lower charge came with a term of interim probation, which I completed... successfully. Tom assured me he would in a month or so, push to get the probation ended early since it had already been a year and a half since my arraignment (I had to ask multiple times for him to look into it) Toms team assured me that I would be facing just a 90 day suspension with the dwai(I questioned it because I did have a prior dwai) but they assured me they looked into it. Come to find out I’m facing a 6 month revocation, and all I got out of Tom’s staff(not even Tom himself) was a half hearted apology. I waited all this time for the lesser charge for the lower suspension time, for nothing, in actuality between the time spent, and the probation requirement my punishment is harsher than had I taken the original plea of dui(no probation, same 6 month suspension) I would’ve been well past this. Friendly, but between feeling like I had to advocate for myself hard to get a response, and the outcome. I feel like Tom and team made the situation worse, which is the opposite of what an attorney should do. Wish I went elsewhere

In Aug 2021 I was charged with a DWI and failure to keep right after falling asleep and hitting a tee. I only blew a .05, I wasn't driving while intoxicated I was driving while exhausted. I hired Tom to defend me and he got the DWI completely dropped due to lack of evidence and I pled guilty to the ...failure to keep right. This was huge because I have a CDL and my insurance company would have made me pay back the medical bills which I'm sure were enormous because I had surgery and spent 9 days in the hospital. Tom was also 1/3 of the price of another lawyer I called for the same exact service. I hope I never need him again but if I do he'll definitely have my business.

I met with Mr. Jackson approximately 1 year ago after an incident. Which led to my arrest. Mr jackson sat with me and listened to my side of the story, explained to me what he thought we should do and explained in detail, and over the course of the year, he followed through with everything he said he... would.
