Biography
I am a life long Broome County resident. My family and I live in the City of Binghamton. I am a former prosecutor having worked at the Broome County District Attorney's Office for the last nine years. While in the office I held the position of Felony DWI Prosecutor prosecuting felony level DWI cases in Broome County. While in this position I handled hundreds of DWI cases from initial arrest to grand jury and into trial.
After my time in the DWI position I primarily handled drug cases, both sales and possession charges. I also assisted law enforcement in the writing of search warrants. I also supervised for the past eight years most of the complex narcotics eavesdropping cases. In these types of cases law enforcement is granted authority to "eavesdrop" on someones telephone. While in the DA's Office I took approximately 35 felony cases to jury trial in Broome County Court and took approximately 40 misdemeanor cases to trial. The cases ranged from DWI, Drug Sales and Possession, Burglary, Robbery, Assault, Larceny, Perjury, Criminal Mischief and many others.
I was also promoted to the position of Senior in Charge of the Local Courts in Broome County. In this position I supervised all of the local court attorneys in Broome County. These attorneys handle every misdemeanor case throughout the County. They also prosecute every traffic ticket in the County.

Best criminal attorney in Broomr County
