Dave worked tirelessly to acquire the best possible resolution for his client; he gained the cooperation of the district attorney, the plaintiffs, and his young client and was persistent with his efforts, despite the judge’s reluctance to sign the necessary documents. Dave even went so far as to retain a well-established psychiatrist to evaluate his young client’s mental health status and this meant carving out numerous additional hours away from his private practice services. Clearly, it’s his devotion to the law, to the well-being of his clients, regardless of their financial status, and to the public safety of our community that drives his practice.
