Someone that stands next to you.

Court appointed so kinda had this coming. He was there for my for only my first court date. Heather Vincent was the other lawyer who stood next to me. Tried to give me a life ruining plea bargain, so I went to another firm. All charges dropped. Not sure David even tried to do anything in my favor.. M...y purchased attorney however, did tell me the assigned council looks out for the courts best interest not yours. So if you're reading this review And David was appointed to you, best of luck my friend.

Unprofessional...Sat puffing on his e-cig!

My case had to be postponed because he was busy puffing away on his e-cig with all of us on mute through Microsoft Teams. The Judge couldn't even get his attention. DISGUSTING. Thank goodness he was the defendant's representation and not mine.
