Horrible lawyer, be warned takes money and doesn't do work. I hired David and his office to do the appeal for my custody matter. After he took my retainer he no longer returned phone calls directly, instead worked through his paralegal. Unfortunately she didn't seem to know what she was doing and c...onstantly lied to me about the progress of my case. Finally $6000 and five months later they still hadn't ordered the transcripts from my trial, which was the first thing they had to do. Once I advised him I wanted my retainer back and to hire someone else he started charging for outrageous things, such as the "free consultation visit" and for all the times his paralegal called and told me she had ordered the transcripts. Which turned out not to be true.
