Anthony was referred to my husband and I by my aunt's attorney who was running for a judgeship in Syracuse. She gave us excellent information regarding Anthony's background, personality and his knowledge of the elder care law which is what we were looking for. My husband and I met with Anthony and I new immediately that he was the attorney for my husband and I. We met several times because I became the sole heir of my aunt's estate and I definitely needed guidance on a great many issues. He was excellent and guiding me through the estate process and how to handle issues going forward. We felt a great weight had been lifted off our shoulders since we hired Anthony as our attorney. We truly think the world of him. Excellent attorney and have already recommended him to a few of my friends.
Moving from former attorney (she became a judge) to a new one could have been unpleasant. Mr. Marrone made the transition smooth, both by his welcoming nature and by having learned of my interests/needs in advance and being prepared. The resulting service: Spot on!

Anthony A. Marrone II is a GODSEND
My younger brother died, and I was overwhelmed with his loss. I had to handle his estate but did not know where to begin. I hired Anthony and he smoothly and completely handled the case and took the burden off of my shoulders. I also consulted with him regarding my mom in a nursing home, again he was tremendously helpful and compassionate. I also hired him for a third situation regarding Medicaid and AGAIN he was more than helpful. Not only is Anthony helpful, but he is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend him for any needs you may have. I will always use Anthony, and only Anthony, for any future legal matters. Oh, and I forgot, I also hired him to do my and my husband's will. I also want to mention that his Legal Assistant, Renee Hansen, is amazing. Many times, the people in offices that you have to "deal with" are not so helpful, but I must say that Renee is an amazing person. She is so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant. She is always there for you if Anthony is out of the office and more than willing to do whatever needs to be done. I could not more highly recommend a law firm!

I Would Recommend Mr. Marrone to Anyone Wanting to Establish a Trust
Mr. Marrone was very thorough and tailored our trust to us. He did not hurry us, often asked a question in more than one way to be sure he was answering our needs. And always, he was upfront with us about fees and ramifications of some of our choices.

Will, Power of Attorney and Health Care Proxy
Anthony and his team handled these very sensitive decisions for my husband and me with professionalism and sensitivity. Anthony offered advice on things we wouldn't have thought of by covering all current situations as well as those that could occur in the future and how to best protect ourselves, our family and our assets. We clearly understood the information we were given as it was given to us in a language we could understand vs. legal language over our heads. All was handled in a timely manner. They are an excellent team and we would recommend them highly for all your estate planning needs.

Totally Satisfied
Anthony was recommended to my by my portfolio manager, William Tremont. Anthony is my estate planner. His work is professional, personal, and precise. As well he has a great sense of humor. My previous lawyer was at times vague and I knew that whenever I contacted him, the timer went on.

Highly recommend this attorney
I received honest and straightforward advice from Mr, Marrone,, without ever feeling hurried or ever feeling my questions were insignificant . I got more help from him than from two other attorneys combined that I had gone to previously . He is very personable and I recommend him highly .

Professional, knowledgeable service
Anthony's assistance in determining financial options for my elderly mother's care was invaluable. He worked with the administrator and financial office of the assisted living facility at which she resides to provide me with the information I needed to make informed, responsible decisions on her behalf.

Medicaid application for my wife
Attorney Marrone did a terrific job of handling all the paper work and related details for the Medicaid application until final approval came through. We would hardly have known how to even begin by ourselves. It gave me great peace of mind.

Average
Anthony is an okay lawyer, but does not have the experience he holds himself out to have. I received conflicting information from him, and several lawyers at a very large firm in town. If you want basic small stuff done, i'm sure he's good, but that's really it.

"After closing a real estate transaction, my clients often ask me how to protect their real estate investment going forward through estate planning. Not having extensive experience in that particular area of law, I often refer my client’s to Anthony. Not only is Anthony very knowledgeable in that area of law, but he is also very personable – something my clients value – receiving professional level services without feeling like you’re talking to an attorney."
