Best legal representation I know.

I have been using Tim for the better part of almost 20 yrs. He’s always given me the best legal advice to whatever issues that I had brought to his attention. Best Litigator I have seen in the courtroom or on TV

I met Mr. Fennell when I was searching for an attorney for a bailment case that exceeded $250,000. I had just fired my attorney for not understanding the case. I interviewed 3 other attorneys and was impressed immensely by Mr. Fennell's intelligence and directness when discussing the case. Most im...portantly he included me in the case strategy and management and not once did he talk down to me or not include me in important decisions and factors about costs. After a 7-day jury trial, Mr. Fennell landed a jury verdict awarding in excess of $300,000. Defendant appealed and Mr. Fennell won again at appeal. I am happy to report that not only did his firm secure the victory in court, they also collected every dollar with interest for me. I have used Mr. Fennell's firm for Matrimony, Family Court, Estate Planning, and Commerical Litigation. I have been extremely happy with every matter I have handed him and have always found his billings to be reasonable and fair. The highest praise I can give Mr. Fennell is that he has complete integrity. He has it in his billings and in his approach with his clients. He has talked me out of more litigation then he has taken for me.

A Firm and Calming Hand

I met Mr. Fennell through my association as Artistic Director with the Oswego Opera Theater. The Opera had run afoul, through lack of understanding, of the NY State Department of Labor Unemployment Insurance Division, and specifically on the issue of whether the musical artists engaged by Oswego Ope...ra were employees or independent contractors by NY Law. We had been audited and found lacking, but I felt we had grounds for appeal, and it is in this part that Mr. Fennell represented us. Because I would be testifying before a judge with a Department of Labor official opposing me and asking me questions and for justifications for my positions, Mr. Fennell spent a good deal of time coaching me and bringing me up to speed on previously decided cases, so that I could frame my arguments. Mr. Fennell obviously knew the legal issues, and was very calming in preparing me to be in a situation I'd never before experienced. In the proceedings he was totally clear and concise, non-argumentative, and established an atmosphere where one was able to feel relaxed and able to offer one's best impression and explanations. The fact that we obtained a very favorable result is of course a huge plus relating to Mr. Fennell's competence and knowledge, but I was most impressed by how he made feel during the whole process: relaxed, confident, and able to state my case in the best possible terms. I have no doubt that Mr. Fennell will be my first choice in the future for legal assistance. He is also just a very nice man!
