Friendly and helpful
I needed a real estate attorney and he agreed to represent me at closing. I wanted to rescind my offer and he made it happen despite an unwillingness from the seller to release me from the contract. I'm very glad I retained him and will do so again.

Bob and his staff return telephone calls !!
My wife and I used attorney Bob O'Leary's services to purchase our home when we moved to the Fayetteville- Manlius area and were pleased with his services. Bob and his staff are the first law office I have ever used which return telephone calls. I recommend the O'Leary Law Office.

Creative and Thorough
Robert handled a real estate transaction for me, involving a number of legal issues including Life Estate, home inspection, early possession by buyer, etc. All matters were handled/resolved expeditiously and the closing occurred as scheduled. The closing took place out of town and the papers were executed beforehand, but Robert attend the closing personally to ensure that no problems would arise during closing. He went the extra mile for me.

I have used a number of attorneys during my time and my wife and I like O'Leary the best because he is easy to talk to and knows what he is talking about. Several years ago we purchased a house and we foolishly uses an attorney that the real estate agent recommended which turned out to be a nightmare. The next time we purchased a house I called Bob and have used hime ever since. Bob has handled our Wills, a house closing and my mother's estate. He is a good guy.

Robert did a good job for our family
Robert handled my Mom's estate which included the sale of her home. He and his staff did a fine job. He provided us with prompt and practical advice. To my surprise he and his paralegals always returned my telephone calls unlike other attorneys I have used in the past.

A nice attorney
Mr. O'Leary promptly returned my telephone calls and patiently answered my questions throughout the process of drafting my will. In particular I found the paralegal who aided him to be very nice.
