Medical Malpractice Case

Margie Soehl worked with me to throughout a challenging time and emotional case. I especially appreciated Margie's hard work, attention to detail and kind, warm demeanor. It was very apparent, that Margie did a lot of preparation and came to know the intricacies of my case. I found it wonderful to... work with Margie as she is very patient and sensitive, but also had the attitude that we were going to win the case, which made me more confident. Never having been through a legal case before, I found it very helpful to learn about the course that the case would take and how every piece of the legal puzzle is critical to getting the desired outcome. Margie was wonderful about answering my questions and explaining how everything fit into the bigger picture. I completed several practice depositions with Margie, at her suggestion, as she wanted to make sure that I was as prepared as possible to give my side of the case. Throughout these practice sessions, Margie gave positive constructive criticism, and tips and suggestions so that I provided as much information as possible. I always appreciated the time that Margie spent preparing with me because I walked out of the office with more confidence in my responses, and a better understanding of the next step in the process. Margie was also great about responding to my questions, addressing my concerns, and putting me at ease. I knew that at any point during the formal deposition that I should look over at Margie for an encouraging smile and that she would make sure that I could take a break, if necessary. Overall, working with Margie was fantastic! I knew from my first interaction with Margie that I could trust her with my case, and that she would have my best interest at heart throughout the process. She is such a joy to work with, and I am so very pleased with the outcome of my case!
