Margie A. Soehl is one of Albany’s few bilingual, English-Spanish speaking attorneys.
A partner with Powers and Santola, Margie focuses her practice on representing seriously and catastrophically injured victims of medical malpractice, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and birth injuries.

In 2003, Margie moved to the United States and currently holds a dual citizenship in Ecuador and the United States.
She received a Masters Degree in Law and Letters from Albany Law School in 2005 and joined Powers and Santola in 2007. Margie is admitted to practice in the State of New York, Ecuador and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Western Districts of New York.

Margie is an excellent lawyer!
Margie helped my mom in a breast cancer diagnosis case. My mom only speaks Spanish so Margie helped tremendously since she speaks Spanish. Margie is compassionate and caring. My mom's case had a great outcome. Thank you Margie!
