Alex Cord Dell

I was referred to Alex Dell by a co worker several years ago in regard to a workers comp case. Alex from day one went above & beyond for me. He looked into all my past cases as well as the current case and was able to close an old knee case I was not aware was even unsettled!! He researched attorneys... to represent me in a malpractice suit for which he had no claim in. Because of this I was awarded a large settlement for that case. He has represented me ( as well as George ) in several complicated workers comp cases over several years and in the end they were able to settle all of my cases to more than my satisfaction! His office staff is always professions and courteous and they also go above and beyond !! His office was also able to get me SSD benefits in a timely manner. I have referred many friends and family members to Alex Dells office and all have had nothing but great things to say about him and his staff as well. I will continue to refer to his office . His staff continues to be helpful with mileage request, prescription drug issues and much more. Alex is always an email away and there to help ! I have nothing but positives things to say about him and his entire staff.

I was refered to them for wc. Ive been on it for 15 years. i dont see alex dell himself but its his outfit. My case is with the oneida indian nation .and nysif you thhink with nysif no longer their carrrier all the blackballing would stop and i can just get a job and try to get better.they must be... afraid of the nation too.

The firm is very personable. Alex Dell told me I would have his personal attention but the case was given to another lawyer, then when we went into the office to ask if that lawyer would stay with the case, we were assured he would but on the final hearing, someone else that we never heard of took t...he hearing. It should not matter but it does matter who handles the case because my information through the years got lost, the most up to date information was NOT submitted to providers, I went to IMEs where multiple doctors said they had no information about my injuries nor my case. Phone calls that go to staff go unreturned or to voicemail. At one point the firm blamed a new computer system for losing my case files. I have a legit WC injury and through the work of this firm... I don't know why it took me so long to leave this firm. Ten years, not a single reimbursement. The most memorable moments of working with this firm was having to find medical help, I had to call the other parties' law firm for advice. I feel I got more information from the WCB Board Advocate than I ever received from this firm.

I hired Alex Dells law firm for a workers compensation case. Alex met with me initially to sign the retainer agreement and then I never saw him again. I was forced to deal with young adult paralegals for my case. When I made calls, I received no calls back. I’d hear from some young kid attorney the n...ight before a hearing to provide me there name and let me know they would be there to represent me. Typically at those hearings much harm would have happened due to Alex Dells office not having what they needed or being prepared. I constantly had to clean up their mess at these times so that I wasn’t harmed in my case. Is Alex out getting more cases and filling his pockets or is he working on the many cases they seem to have? Do not hire this firm.
