We were going to loose our home and I happened to get a call from Aronow Law. I was alittle worried about having them help but I had to do something. They told me the steps I had to do and in a hurry,to save our home. It took a few months but they saved our home and got our mortgage back on track. My wife filled out an online ad asking for help with our home. The attorney we had prior to them told us in February of 2016 that nothing can be done and we would have to be out of our home by November of 2016. We went and met with the relationship manager at Aronow law and he believed that we were n...ot done yet. After meeting with Heather the attorney and her underwriter they told us not to give up yet and they had a plan. In just 4 months they were able to work out a deal with my mortgage company Wells Fargo and on July 1st we began our trial payments. We will be signing our final loan modification papers in the next 2 days. Not only was Heather able to get it done she even got Wells Fargo to forgive 420,000.00 in back interest and penalties. I was in danger of losing my home to foreclosure. I saw an ad stating mortgage help and called the number listed. I spoke to Howard Leeds. Howard explained to me what Aronow law would do for me and what I could expect during the process. Howard was very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable abou...t the process. He explained the fees and terms and I hired the firm. During the initial process Howard was always available to answer any of my questions and provide piece of mind to me. Once the paperwork process was started I worked with Malini Seepersaud. Malini was also pleasant to work with. She was VERY helpful and courteous throughout the process. She explained what the paperwork was stating in laymens terms so that I could understand. She made sure that all of my "t's" were crossed and my "i's" dotted. She even stopped the daily lender calls to my place of employment. Malini was also available to answer any questions or concerns I had during the process. She even verified that my payments were received by the lender, due to the lender sending me statements with differing amounts owed. Malini, Howard and Navita alleviated the stress I was feeling during the process by answering any questions I had, explaining what was happening during the process. This was a scary situation for me initially but the staff at Aronow law proved to me through their actions and professional demeanor that I was not alone during this crisis and that it could be resolved in a satisfactory manner to all parties. The staff was empathic to the medical issue that caused my initial hardship and inquired to my health during the process. That was not a requirement I'm sure, but it made me feel as if I had a friend helping me through the process instead of just some hired help. If you are facing foreclosure I recommend contacting Aronow law for at least a consultation if not for assistance. I'm confident they will be able to help you and help alleviate some of the pressure and stress you are facing.

We spoke to Mr.Golluscio in august about a foreclosure issue. He called me the same day I had wrote something from my email. All I can say is he was a god send because I wasn't sure what I was going to do. He talked me through every thing and answered any questions promptly. I was really afraid of lo...sing my house but he was very positive and informative. our modification came a lot sooner than expected so when I called him about a problem with the mortgage payment and his payment he worked with us and we had a plan of action..
