Hired Aronow Law for Chapter 13. Hanin was assigned to my Case. Consistently Filed my paperwork late with the Trustee. Did not clearly comprehend nor understand my unusual set of circumstances nor were they ever conveyed by her to the Trustee or the Judge. Consistently asked me during phone convers...ations, when I regularly questioned her about her plans and strategies regarding my Case, if I thought she did not know how to perform her job and if I wanted my Bankruptcy Case voluntarily withdrawn. Never hinted at or insinuated my growing reservations about her seeming lack of abilities to adequately represent me nor ever asked her voluntarily to withdraw my Case. Her "excellent" representation got my Case dismissed by the Judge, has returned the vultures to my door and I'm out several thousand dollars paid to her Firm better served paying off creditors.
