Latoya is amazing! She represented me for my order of protection and for my custody/visitation case. She was exactly what I hoped for and needed in an attorney for my case. I was so nervous to go to Court. I had no idea what I was doing or what to say. While I was there I saw Ms. James in the hallway talking to one of her clients and I knew that she was the person I needed to help me. I got her buisness card and called her office immediately. I told the judge that I wan...ted time to hire a lawyer and when he asked who I told them I made a call to Ms. James. The judge said “good idea”, I knew right away my gut feeling was right. I spoke to Ms. James that afternoon and I knew during the phone call she was the right person. She was so real, so human, so easy to talk to. She made a plan for my case immediately. I got sole custody of my kids in 3 court dates. Nobody believes how easy my process was and it was all because of Ms. James. I know people who are in Court for years with no end in site. Ms. James is the Family Court Queen hands down. If you listen to her and follow her advice , you are good. Ignore her advice at your peril. I almost felt bad for my kids father because Ms. James let him know what time it was from day one. Day 2 he got a lawyer but she was a joke compared to Ms. James and by day 3 it was a wrap, I highly recommend Ms. James. I know after the way my case went down, my kids father will not be bringing me back to court but if he does, I have LaToya on speed dial.

First I’d like to say you want Latoya on your team. I had a phone consultation with her and I am so disappointed that she can’t take on my case and I am still wishing upon a star that she changes her mind. During my 30 mins of phone conversation with her she has been real and straight to the point an...d no bs. The strategy she told me showed me how she would be in the court room and her tactic. I am on my 3rd attorney and in a divorce since March 2021 and I have consulted with over 30 attorneys and have never spoken to one like her with her fire. You know the real deal when you hear one and she is that person!! And believe me you want someone that will fight for you and guarantee results. I have never had a feeling of confidence when I am speaking with an attorney but I did with Latoya. Even though she can’t take on my case I am so happy to have spoken to her. I will definitely use her in the future post divorce if I needed to. There is no one like her or measures up to her. Latoya I am hoping and praying there is another one like you out there.
