LaToya James was extremely compassionate to my situation and extremely willing to help me "get out of dodge." Her representation was honest and effective. I was currently going through an extremely messy case with my child's father and Latoya literally came in and cleaned it up for me. I was going through a custody/visitation case and with my ex and it was going horribly for me not because I'm a bad parent but because I had hired a legal aid to represe...nt and and he almost ruined my life and I was maybe a court date away from losing my child all together to someone who only wanted her for personal motive. My mother actually referred me to Latoya and I knew from the first conversation we had that she was going to turn this entire court case around for the good. My ex got an order of protection against me and had me thrown out of my house based on lies. I had no access to my kids or my stuff. It was a complete nightmare. When you're a guy in family court , you know your gonna get screwed but I didn't , I'm back in my house, the ex is out, criminal charge dismissed, I got custody of my kids and she pays me child support. I can't say thank Ms. James enough, I thought my life was ruined but now it's better than I expected. Ms James is worth every penny, you definately get what you pay for with her! Don't be stupid , don't believe people when they say you don't need a lawyer, that's BS, don't take a court appointed lawyer, hire a good lawyer and get it done right.
