I hired Mr. Jusino for a criminal case . He never informed me that this was not his specialty and that his law firm specialized more in family law and divorces . When I needed him to stand next to me in front of the judge he was never available and would always send someone else who did not know ...my case at all !!! UnFortunately because of his misrepresentation of lack of experience with criminal cases my professional life has been destroyed !!!

My case was quite complicated, I had no legal custody of my daughter and her mother was planning to flee to Florida with my daughter. First order of business Phil got the judge to order a temporary stay of residence. My ex couldn't remove her from the residence where I couldn't protect her.
