Phillip John Jusino

Mr. Jusino recently represented me in a visitation case. I wanted to make sure I would see my infant son on a regular and specified basis. I immediately got a good feeling about Mr. Jusino and his office staff upon the first meeting. He has a great sense of humor, and doesn't put on heirs. My case was quite complicated, I had no legal custody of my daughter and her mother was planning to flee to Florida with my daughter. First order of business Phil got the judge to order a temporary stay of residence. My ex couldn't remove her from the residence where I couldn't protect her. How can I explain the pain and suffering when a spouse uses the court system to destroy a loving farther and they takes my special needs children down to the biggest corruptive organization in Suffolk county CPS and and the police and use my children as pawns to destroy a loving farther from a spou...se filled with so much hate.. This is a warning to all of the fathers out there being railroaded , you need a attorney that will advocate and also fight for your rights, not an attorney that's brags that she is the president of the bar association and gossips outside the court room talking about award dinners and bar association tea parties and then thinks she deserves $450 an hour ,these type of lawyers are parasites and they prey on the Weak and suffering and don't care about you, only for you to take a plea and then send you a bill, what's worse is they all have lunch together at the court cafeteria and talk about there vacations to Europe and Caribbean. These attorneys are no better than legal aid. It is very important for fathers to hire an expert that served as assistant DA in the domestic violence Bureau and has great knowledge how the system works and that is Phil Jusino. If it wasn't for Phil I would of been behind bars in jail for a long time for false allegations that CPS fabricated. Phil is the only attorney I ever seen that's steps up to the judge and gets in his face and fights like a champion. Wish I used him for my 6yr long terroristic divorce. I'd probably have had the same results (50/50) custody, with much less expenses and wasted time. Some debates like all lawyers, but he genuinely listens to what you want and fights for justice especially when you're on the stand with a judge or jur...y. Anyone I've referred to him has been equally satisfied with his performance.

I sat with Phil about a child support and custody case. I paid $1500 to retain him. On the day of court for custody the issue of driving came up. My ex puts the kids in more activities then I can get them to and they are all 40 minutes away from me. Not only did I find myself arguing with the child l...awyer but I actually spent more time arguing with my own lawyer on the matter. Needless to say it did not go in my favor and once child support came he actually questioned me in front of the judge on why I am no longer employed.
