Mr Jusino biggest liar that I ever met in my life He actually can stand at front off Judge and Life for his client He will stretch the case, as long as he can to make money for himself He destroyed a lot of families and children suffer because of his lies. there is no justice ! My case was quite complicated, I had no legal custody of my daughter and her mother was planning to flee to Florida with my daughter. First order of business Phil got the judge to order a temporary stay of residence. My ex couldn't remove her from the residence where I couldn't protect her. These attorneys are no better than legal aid. It is very important for fathers to hire an expert that served as assistant DA in the domestic violence Bureau and has great knowledge how the system works and that is Phil Jusino. If it wasn't for Phil I would of been behind bars in jail for a long time for false allegations that CPS fabricated. I have been dealing with the Suffolk county family court system for many years. Phil is an amazing attorney!!! In 2012 I was going through a horrible custody battle with my mother over grandparents rights. It was the most draining and emotional time in my life.
